Matsalen på 30 kvm på första våningen ligger bredvid det öppna köket och har ett stort bord.
Vardagsrummet på 40 kvm på första våningen ligger intill matplatsen och det öppna köket och har 3 soffor, en öppen spis, musikstereo, platt-TV med DVD-spelare och mycket komplett urval av SAT-TV-kanaler.
I det tidigare vin- och olivförrådet på bottenvåningen i huvudbyggnaden finns nu en loungesoffa på 180 x 400 cm.

Det 12 kvm stora köket på första våningen är fullt utrustat kök med kyl, frys, Nespresso- och filtermaskin, brödrost, mikrovågsugn, mixer, stavmixer, diskmaskin, spis med 8 gasbrännare, 2 ugnar och alla nödvändiga verktyg för måltider för 20+ gäster.
Det 6 kvm öppna köket i annexet är ett typisk kök i katalansk stil, fullt utrustat med kyl, frys, Nespresso-maskin, mikrovågsugn, spis med 4 gasbrännare, diskmaskin och alla nödvändiga verktyg för grundläggande måltider för gästerna som bor i annexet.
Det utomhuskök som ligger vid poolområdet har ett handfat, kyl, liten frys, gasgrill, diskmaskin och verktyg.
