Mas Santo är en unik plats för evenemang. Stor anslutning till den internationella flygplatsen Barcelona och Tarragona och lugna naturliga omgivningar gör Mas Santo till en unik plats att fira familjesemester, minnesvärda bröllop, affärsutbildningar, inspirerande möten, produktpresentationer eller fotograferingar. Lokalen tillåter evenemang med grupper upp till 80 gäster.
Avgift för bröllop / evenemang
Avgiften för att hålla ett bröllop på Mas Santo är 950 EUR. för upp till 50 gäster och 1250 EUR från 51 till 120 gäster.
I bröllopsavgiften ingår:
Användning av plats för bröllop (kontakta för mindre bröllop 20 - 30 gäster)
Max. 3 besök före evenemanget
Kommunikation angående evenemanget via e-post och telefon
Kontroll av personalens underhåll innan händelsen av utomhusområden (poolvatten klart och rent, rengöring av löv) och efter händelse (cigaretter på grund av hygien och lämnade bitar av brutet glas för säkerhet)
På Mas Santo arbetar vi med en noggrant utvald grupp av lokala leverantörer, både bröllopsplanerare och cateringfirma, för att säkerställa en smidig och minnesvärd händelse. Dessa utvalda leverantörer känner till:
Platsen, dess utrymmen, möbler och material
Mas Santos villkor som anges i händelsekontraktet (t.ex. korrekt rengöring av köket, ta ut papperskorgen etc.). Detta är viktigt för sig själva, gästkontrakten för sin tjänst och förvaltningen av villan
Lokala produkter och priser, vilket garanterar ett bra förhållande mellan pris och kvalitet
När villan är bokad skickas ett dokument med alla deras kontaktuppgifter och var och en av leverantörerna kan kontaktas.
Endast de valda maträtterna är tillåtna på platsen. Även om vi strängt rekommenderar att arbeta med de rekommenderade bröllopsplanerarna, är dessa fritt valbara och kan också kontrakteras externt.

Den extra skadedepositionen är min. 1.000 EUR per evenemang. Beloppet kan variera beroende på evenemangets egenskaper. Detta är för eventuella skador och extraordinär rengöring som konfetti, fläckar, kräkningar, vänster dekoration, vänster skräp av organisation / catering, flyttade möbler.
